If you experience a problem connecting to the CASHNetŪ SmartPay website, the cause may be an enabled pop-up blocker.

To turn pop-up blocker off:

In Firefox:
Choose "Tools" from the menu and click on "Options"; then choose "Content". It is OK to have "Block pop-up windows" checked on. Click on "Exceptions" to the right on the same row as "Block pop-up windows". Enter "campusnet.csuohio.edu" and click on "Allow".

In Internet Explorer it is similar:
Choose "Tools" from the menu and click on "Internet Options"; then choose the "Privacy" tab. In the "Pop-up Blocker" section, choose "Settings" and include the same URL as above.

It is possible that you may also be having a browser cache issue. You can clear the cache in Firefox using the "Privacy" tab, and in IE using the "General" tab.
