For your convenience, the ShopNet application has been designed to allow you to purchase miscellaneous items over the web.

• In the box on the left hand side of the page, enter your 7-digit CSU ID in the space provided. If you do not remember your CSU ID, contact the Call Center at 216/687-5050 for assistance.

• If you have not been assigned a CSU ID, click on the box indicating that you do not have a CSU ID. You will be required to enter your name for your payment to be processed.

• On the right hand side of the page, the departments that have items available for purchase are displayed. Select the department that owns the type of payment you wish to make and click on the 'Continue' button.
